Internships

GOJ Summer Internship

We immerse our summer interns in the company so they can experience what it’s like to work at GOJ and in the ad industry at large.

Group Project (70%)

Our interns learn about GOJ and the ad industry not just by watching, but through working on a group task, which is directly related to an on-going, real client project. Interns are initially provided a brief, and throughout the Summer Internship Program (SIP), they learn how to draft pitches, conduct research, and transform ideas into inspiring presentations. On the final day of the SIP, interns present their work to our Executive Committee.

On the Job Training (20%)

Each intern is matched with a mentor who is available for questions, guidance, and advice. Mentors also invite the interns to meetings and provide opportunities to tackle real assignments.

Training Seminars (10%)

These training sessions are presented by real GOJ leaders from various parts of the agency, introducing our interns to different functional teams and how we all come together to deliver excellent client work. In addition, our interns get to participate in organized social events and lunches, through which they’ll get to know GOJ and our staff better, all while having a lot of fun, of course!

Long-term
relationship with
Miami Ad School

MAS interns have been an integral part of our creative department since 2015. Four groups a year, one per quarter fully become part of the creative department to work on the agency’s key assignments. We’ve seen this not only benefit the interns but also the agency and the work for the clients. More than a few times, the work of interns has been bought and produced. This could be one of the reasons GOJ has become one of the most desirable agencies for MAS interns globally.
