Why do you love working at VOJ?

Tell us about the culture at VOJ.
Creativity is at the core of whatever we do, and we get things done collaboratively.

What is it you love about working in such a creative place?
It’s just not possible to be bored. I’m constantly inspired by people around me, the problems we are trying to solve, and the way we solve those problems.

Tell us about the people you work with. What are they like?
We’re a team of people with diverse backgrounds, speaking different languages, but with shared values. We’re driven, open, friendly, most often with good senses of humor. So it’s easy to find someone to exchange ideas as well as a laugh.

How do you feel you have grown so far at VOJ?
I’m still in my first year with VOJ but I’ve already grown in ways I didn’t necessarily expect yet definitely hoped for when I decided to join! Working in a completely remote manner allows me to ‘design’ my everyday work-life, build relationships, communicate, ideate, run a workshop, or build a team while not having even met any teammate in real life. If you ask me now, I certainly have better ideas than when I started. But it would have been impossible without the support and trust of the amazing team around me.
